Interview Questions

As the Call Committee prepares for it's task of meeting candidates for the Pastor position, it will be forming interview questions. It is important for all of us to recognize that this is NOT the same as HIRING for a JOB. We are asking God to CALL SOMEONE for us. To move his/her heart to seek this position. To find someone who is CALLED to the MINISTRY of His word and people.

Remember, the interview is two-way. The committee will be learning about the candidate, as the candidate is learning about the committee and congregation.

Remember, the committee will interview several gifted and insightful candidates, and can call only one.
